Requirements: **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform internal audit activities according to plan, aiming to assess the effectiveness and compliance of processes with internal policies and current regulatory frameworks, identify risks and improvement opportunities in evaluated processes; * Prepare reports containing observations and recommendations arising from performed work, aiming to contribute to process evolution and enhancement within the organizational and governance structure; * Monitor implementation of action plans related to identified issues, verifying adoption of recommendations and timely handling of findings; * Contribute to development and continuous improvement of internal audit processes, including creation and refinement of automated routines; * Maintain a high level of technical rigor, objectivity, confidentiality, and independence, adhering to best practices in internal auditing, professional standards, and quality requirements set by the organization and regulatory bodies. **Expected Outcomes:** * Contribution to enhancing internal audit procedures; * Structured and timely communication of audit results; * Contribution to risk identification and recommendation issuance through reports, meetings, and interactions with audited areas and governance bodies, ensuring proper understanding for decision-making; * Performance aligned with the organization’s values, ethical principles, and guidelines, contributing to strengthening the internal controls culture, risk management, compliance, and integrity through an independent and collaborative professional stance; * Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, controls, and management practices in audited areas through recommendations that enhance risk management. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in Internal Audit; * Prior experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Brazilian Financial System; * Knowledge of banking products and services; * Familiarity with Internal Controls and Risk Management frameworks, especially COSO ICIF 2013 and COSO ERM 2017; * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially ACL, SQL, Power BI; * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and objectively, adapting language to the target audience; * Proactivity, strong analytical capability, ability to anticipate problems, sense of urgency, activity prioritization, and contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Python or R programming; * Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA); * Specialization or certification in Auditing. **Work Model:** Employees residing in Curitiba and its metropolitan region: Hybrid.
