




Job Summary: Professional responsible for document archiving, customer service, delivery tracking, billing, inventory control, and other administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Document archiving and various administrative tasks 2. Customer service (SAC) responsibilities and delivery tracking 3. Inventory control and support for billing Archives departmental documents as per direct management discretion; Provides customer service (SAC); Tracks product deliveries to customers (including delivery discrepancies and damages); Assists with billing activities; Maintains the damage control spreadsheet and performs administrative actions related to damages; Manages incoming and outgoing inventory of company products; Enters data into electronic spreadsheets; Verifies transport invoices prior to registration; Responds to emails relevant to the role; Performs administrative tasks as directed by immediate management.
