Design, model, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports connected to corporate databases (Databricks), replacing and improving current processes performed in Excel and pivot tables. Create and manage data models, relationships between databases and supporting/classification tables, ensuring standardization, reliability, and scalability of information. Contribute to continuous improvement of result calculation, analysis, and presentation processes—reducing manual tasks, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing analytical quality. Support cost analysis, industrial performance results, margins, and production mix analysis to identify opportunities for performance and outcome improvement. Collaborate with the cost and performance team to ensure alignment with business rules and management needs. Provide technical support to production units and validate cost information and KPIs to ensure data reliability. Comply with BRF’s Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, fulfillment of global ESG indicators and commitments, and alignment of actions with sustainable development across the BRF value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. **Requirements** -------------- Intermediate/Advanced Excel. Power BI knowledge (data modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and managerial report development). Experience in data consolidation, processing, and analysis. Basic understanding of costs, performance results, and economic\-financial indicators. Analytical, organized profile with process improvement orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- Knowledge of databases, Databricks, SQL, or analytical data environments.
