Complex backend development with Python We are looking for a highly experienced **Python Developer** to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have **more than 4 years of experience** in development with a strong focus on backend development, REST API endpoints, and financial calculations. This professional must be capable of leading and mentoring junior developers, as well as designing robust systems and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications. **Responsibilities:** * Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems * using * **Python**. * **REST API** Endpoints: Develop and optimize **RESTful APIs (using FastAPI)**, ensuring high performance. * Database Management: Design and manage **relational databases** (PostgreSQL) using SQL Model, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.best practices.scalable and robust systems,including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.detailed and informative charts for data visualization. * Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following * System Design: Collaborate with architects and product managers to design * Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, * Analytics and Visualization: Develop solutions for financial analytics and create **Requirements** * Experience: **Minimum of 4 years of professional experience** in backend development, * preferably using * **Python.** * Backend Specialization: Experience in backend development * AI: Proficiency in using **AI tools** during development and knowledge of AI agent/workflow orchestration or similar frameworks.**SQLAlchemy and Alembic**. * API Development: Experience developing **RESTful APIs** using FastAPI * Database Skills: Experience with **PostgreSQL, SQL Model,** * Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks. * Version Control: Experience with **Git.** * Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Containerization: Use of Docker. * **Desirable** * Frontend: Knowledge of **React, JavaScript**. * Charts and Data Visualization: Experience with charting libraries such as * Matplotlib or Plotly for data visualization.
