




Job Summary: Initial customer service for clients requesting contract termination, formal registration of the termination request, verification of contractual data, and guidance on the process—ensuring organization for the analyst. Organizational skills and attention to detail for recording requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide initial contact with clients requesting contract termination (by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person) * Formally register the termination request in the system * Verify basic contract details (duration, lease type, responsible parties, guarantee) * Guide the client regarding: * Contractual notice periods * Vacating procedures * Required documentation * Termination process steps * Identify initial outstanding items (rent, condominium fees, taxes) without performing detailed calculations * Request and schedule the exit inspection according to availability and internal rules * Confirm the inspection date and time with the client * Ensure the process is complete and well-organized for handover to the Contract Termination Analyst * Update status and record all interactions in the system * Forward atypical or sensitive situations to the Analyst (e.g., penalty waivers, disputes, litigious terminations) Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in customer service, preferably in real estate agencies, property leasing, or related fields. * Knowledge of contract termination processes and required documentation. * Experience in recording and tracking administrative processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly guide customers. * Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate request recording. * Ability to handle sensitive situations or customers in conflict. * Proactivity and discipline to fully and accurately relay information to the responsible Analyst.
