Guidance for Social Mothers and children in school assignments We are seeking a Pedagogy professional \- Early Years Education to strategically operate within an institutional context, promoting well-being, development, and emotional support in shelter settings. **YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES** * Monitor the educational process and academic performance of sheltered children in early childhood education and initial years; * Conduct school follow-up for sheltered individuals; * Observe and refer children with learning difficulties for specialized technical diagnosis, as well as plan and guide individualized specific plans, equipping them with study methodologies and tools; * Guide Social Mothers, children, and/or adolescents in completing school assignments; * Plan, organize, and implement specific and targeted educational projects—academic and/or informal—at Fundação Solidariedade; * Be responsible for acquiring and maintaining materials and the physical space of the Pedagogical Project; * Plan sheltered individuals' vacation schedules, organizing diverse activities; * Request specific support for sheltered individuals, when necessary, regarding their presented difficulties (knowledge areas); * Organize and supervise individualized study schedules; * Provide support for school follow-up of sheltered individuals. **JOB DETAILS** Employment Type: CLT \| On-site Work Location: São Benedito neighborhood – Campo Magro Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Weekly Workload: 40 hours **REQUIREMENTS** Completed Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy Courses or Specialization in Early Childhood Education and Literacy \- Elementary Education/Initial Years and Inclusion Driver's License with driving experience (and personal vehicle) Basic Office Suite proficiency Experience in early childhood education and literacy WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS Fixed salary Health insurance plan Culture allowance Fuel allowance Meal/food allowance Minimum Education Level: Higher Education Desired Qualifications: * Pedagogy, Higher Education Driver's License Category: B Personal vehicle
