Job Summary: Professional to perform reconciliations, accounting analyses, financial closings, tax calculations, and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in reconciliations and accounting analyses 2. Responsibility for financial closings and tax calculations 3. Preparation of financial statements · Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as analysis of accounting entries and reclassifications; · Classification, updating, and control of fixed assets and depreciation; · Critical analysis of cost center expense allocations and related corrections; · Payroll journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; · Creation and classification of accounting accounts; · Monthly allocation and control of expenses; · Inventory and stock reconciliations; · Control and preparation of management and control spreadsheets; Process accounting closing activities ensuring all company operations are properly recorded; · Critical analysis of monthly account variances; · Calculation of IRPJ and CSLL (Real Profit Regime); · Monthly result calculation; · Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements; · Preparation and submission of SPED Contábil and ECF. · Provide support to other company departments; · Respond to audit requests; · Monitor and control team activities; report progress and pending items to the manager; · Other duties pertinent to the role; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
