Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for coordinating freight transportation and warehousing, monitoring shipments, resolving logistical issues, optimizing operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and coordination of freight transportation and warehousing. 2. Monitoring of shipments and resolution of logistical issues. 3. Data analysis for cost optimization and operational efficiency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Job Description** * Organize freight transportation by selecting the most efficient and economical routes, and coordinate product dispatch and receipt; * Perform product storage, ensuring proper handling with attention to organization, safety, and space management; * Monitor and track shipments using systems and technologies to follow real-time cargo flow, trace shipment progress, and identify potential issues; * Identify and resolve logistical problems, such as delivery delays, cargo damage, or supplier-related issues; * Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration; * Collect and analyze logistics data to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency. Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, making logistics operations more economical without compromising quality or efficiency. * Assist in directing company drivers and fleet regarding vehicle maintenance, work instructions, and proper vehicle usage. * Issue Dc\-e documents for tracking shipments sent via third parties and the company's own fleet. * Generate labels, invoices, and other required legal documentation, updating management systems. . **Requirements** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Logistics or related fields preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
