Interested? **Then \#JoinFibracem!** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Executive Board's schedule, organizing appointments, meetings, travels, and events; * Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes; * Manage and archive physical and digital documents; * Answer and screen phone calls, e\-mails, and internal/external requests; * Support the Executive Board in organizing meetings, including room reservations, notifications, and follow-up; * Monitor deadlines, pending items, and executive decision follow-ups; * Assist in organizing corporate travels (air tickets, accommodation, reimbursements); * Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding strategic and sensitive information; * Interface with managers, internal departments, suppliers, and external partners; * Support general internal and external administrative activities as required by the Executive Board; * Assist with routine tasks in the Human Resources Administration department. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite / Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B)
