How the **Collections** team builds Loft: The mission of the Collections team is to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts while upholding integrity and fostering positive customer relationships. This involves clear, empathetic, and professional communication, offering viable payment solutions, and simultaneously minimizing delinquency.
