We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to handle strategic and operational routines within the procurement department, ensuring adequate supply to all units, supplier management, and efficiency in procurement processes. **Position:** Procurement Analyst **Work Location:** IOP Oncoville – Curitiba \- Ponta Grossa Highway BR\-277, 1437 – Mossunguê, Curitiba/PR **Job Mission** Carry out daily procurement department activities, ensuring acquisition of materials, medications, and supplies with quality, optimal cost\-effectiveness, and within required timelines for seamless unit operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure medications, hospital supplies, dietary items, supplements, office supplies, cleaning products, equipment, and other necessary supplies for unit replenishment; * Receive, analyze, and prioritize internal purchase requests, evaluating criticality, financial impact, and compliance with institutional policies; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better commercial terms, delivery timelines, quality standards, payment conditions, and cost reductions; * Issue, track, and manage purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and uninterrupted unit operations; * Inspect, register, approve, and monitor suppliers, ensuring documentary compliance and adherence to internal quality and compliance criteria; * Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking minimum and maximum stock thresholds to prevent shortages or excesses; * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and market research to support decision-making and selection of strategic suppliers; * Develop new supply sources, identifying more competitive and sustainable alternatives for operations; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators, and savings analyses to support leadership in strategic procurement management; * Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and finance departments to align requirements, plan purchases, and continuously improve processes; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability, process compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards; * Contribute to continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and optimization of the supply chain; * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospital Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector; * Experience in negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control; * Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and effective prioritization ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Tasy system; * Experience working in hospitals or clinics; * Knowledge of medication and hospital supply procurement.
