Maintaining cleanliness and order in the area **Position: GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT** **Work Location:** Central Region of Curitiba **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** The professional will perform material separation and waste organization at the company's Waste Treatment Center (WTC), focusing on safety and environmental compliance. **Main Activities:** * Perform **detailed waste separation** according to internal classification (organic waste, paper, cardboard, aluminum cans, PET, wood, glass, metals, non-contaminated solids, contaminated solids, gardening waste, lamps, batteries, and accumulators). * Compact organic waste using the compactor. * Press recyclable materials (paper, cardboard, aluminum cans, PET) using the baler. * Properly package specific waste (wood, glass, metals, non-contaminated solids, contaminated solids, gardening waste) into properly labeled 5m³ dumpsters. * Package specific waste (lamps, batteries, and accumulators) into designated and labeled containers, strictly adhering to safety standards and environmental legislation. * Load compacted recyclable bales into a 28m³ dumpster. * **Maintain cleanliness and order** throughout the entire WTC area, including separation, baling, compaction, and storage zones. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **Shift Pattern:** 6x1 (six working days followed by one day off). * **Days Off:** One fixed weekly day off + one Sunday per month. * **Daily Working Hours:** 7:20 hours per day. * **Break Time:** 1 hour and 12 minutes for meals and rest. **BENEFITS PACKAGE:** **Base Salary:** R$ 1.958,00 **Hazard Pay:** R$ 607.20 **Total Remuneration: R$ 2.565.00/month** **Meal Voucher (VR):** R$ 30.00/day (credited to account, approx.
