Prepare managerial reports and contribute to continuous improvement. **Description:** Support sales operations for new implements by processing orders, managing contracts, preparing reports, and handling billing activities, directly assisting the sales team in executing sales and ensuring administrative process efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Support the sales team in sales management, ensuring smoothness and quality in internal processes; Control and track orders in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, deadlines, and product availability; Manage operational customer relationships, supporting commercial and delivery alignment; Schedule production demands with the factory according to commercial needs and operational availability; Monitor product availability and movement, supporting commercial and logistics operations; Coordinate operational workflows for pickup, delivery, and storage, interfacing with customers, the factory, and logistics partners; Oversee billing processes and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with internal routines and policies; Support financial control of operations by monitoring expenses, revenues, freight costs, and commissions via Protheus; Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making; Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes, controls, and KPIs, supporting operational efficiency gains. **Requirements:** Experience in commercial, administrative, or logistics routines; Experience with Salesforce, Protheus, or ERP/CRM systems; Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to structure databases, optimize routines, and propose operational improvements.
