**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including a 1-hour dinner break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supplying and unloading the production line; * Handling and storing materials; * Conducting quality checks based on pre\-established parameters; * Preparing surfaces for painting, such as sanding, cleaning, and reworking; * Applying paints using spray guns; * Performing touch\-ups and repairs on painted surfaces; * Maintaining 5S principles and internal environmental standards; * Following workplace safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; basic quality course; * Experience: Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Skills: Knowledge of surface preparation for painting, application of powder coatings using electrostatic spray guns, and performing touch\-ups and repairs on painted surfaces; * Preferred Qualifications: Painting or related field training, knowledge of occupational safety regulations, and proper use of personal protective equipment. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, workplace gymnastics, on\-site meals, meal allowance, transportation allowance
