**Procurement Analyst.** Daily responsibilities: . Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement closure for direct and indirect materials * Manage and analyze inventory levels for frequently sold and slow-moving purchased materials . Develop and qualify suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and competitiveness . Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery (active follow-up) . Manage commercial contracts and agreements . Analyze inventory turnover to prevent stockouts and overstocking . Collaborate with PCP (Production Control Planning), Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure process efficiency . Update procurement department KPIs . Support internal process organization and standardization **Requirements:** . Prior experience in procurement/purchasing . **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory** . Analytical capability to support data-driven decision-making . Strong communication and alignment skills with internal departments . . Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields) **Preferred Qualifications:** . Experience in the industrial or metal-mechanical sector (aluminum experience is a significant advantage) . Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (Power BI) . Experience in contract management and strategic sourcing . Experience in cost reduction projects . Basic tax knowledge (ICMS, ST, NCM) . Experience with process automation (e.g., n8n or similar tools) Experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management . Knowledge of supply chain processes ERP system knowledge (EME4 or similar systems are preferred) **Work Location:** Boqueirão, Curitiba PR **Benefits:** We also offer benefits such as meal vouchers and transportation vouchers.
