If you have an analytical mindset, pay close attention to details, and enjoy working with decision-making, join our team! **Responsibilities:** Lead Level 2 support for the SAP TM (Transportation Management) module and satellite logistics solutions, such as Trizy BID (freight procurement), Trizy TSM (logistics scheduling), and the Yard Management System, resolving complex functional incidents and problems. Conduct in-depth root cause analyses for critical and recurring issues across transportation planning, freight execution, cargo monitoring, port/unit scheduling, yard management, carrier procurement, and platform integrations. Define, implement, and optimize advanced configurations in the SAP TM module and its integrations with satellite solutions, aligned with industry best practices and Grupo Sipal’s strategic objectives. Serve as the technical focal point and reference for SAP TM and satellite logistics platforms, mentoring mid-level and junior analysts, and disseminating specialized knowledge. Develop and review detailed functional specifications for enhancements, new functionalities, complex reports, or fixes requiring ABAP development (for SAP TM) or customizations/integrations in satellite platforms. Lead and actively participate in functional, integrated, regression, and performance testing to ensure quality, stability, and efficiency of deliveries in TM and logistics solutions. Develop and deliver training sessions for Key Users, the logistics team, and other IT team members to build user capability and autonomy in transportation management tools. Manage documentation for processes, configurations, integrations, and solutions, ensuring completeness, currency, auditability, and accessibility in Jira and the knowledge base. Propose and implement improvements and innovations in business processes supported by SAP TM and satellite solutions, aiming for greater efficiency, automation, reduced logistics costs, and optimized supply chain performance. Actively collaborate with project teams, architecture teams, and business areas (Logistics, Transportation, Commercial) to define roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA TM and logistics platforms. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs related to SAP TM and logistics systems support, focusing on operational availability and performance. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Proven experience (minimum 5\-7 years) in functional support and/or implementation of the SAP TM module, with demonstrable involvement in complex, high-volume transportation operations. Significant experience with satellite logistics management platforms (e.g., TMS systems, yard management, scheduling, freight procurement). Extensive hands-on experience analyzing and resolving critical incidents and problems in SAP TM environments and logistics integrations. Proven experience leading technical workstreams or SAP projects in logistics/transportation. Solid experience in advanced configuration and optimization of the SAP TM module. In-depth knowledge of advanced Transportation Management business processes (multimodal planning, route and load optimization, complex freight cost management, real-time monitoring). Proven experience in advanced configuration and parameterization of SAP TM (e.g.: Transportation Network, Charge Calculation, Freight Order Management, Optimizer, Event Management). Deep understanding of integration processes between SAP TM and logistics execution systems (WMS/EWM), carrier systems, tracking platforms, and scheduling/yard solutions. Broad knowledge of SAP TM integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO). Advanced debugging skills for TM problem analysis. Proficiency with Jira for ticket, project, and sprint management. **Desired Qualifications:** Substantial experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (embedded or side\-by\-side). Specific experience with Trizy BID and Trizy TSM platforms. Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and its integration with TM. Knowledge of ABAP (code reading and interpretation, development of small queries or reports for TM). Experience with BI and Analytics tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) applied to Logistics. SAP Professional certification in TM or S/4HANA Transportation Management. ITIL Expert or Manager certification. Relevant and proven experience in agribusiness, cargo transportation (bulk, perishables), or industries with highly complex and widespread logistics operations.
