Job Summary: Professional to provide commercial support, business prospecting, negotiation, and customer portfolio management, aiming at verticalization and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Support and follow-up of commercial proposals for B and C customers 2. Negotiation of prices, terms, and deadlines, with focus on new business 3. Maintenance of the active customer portfolio and sale of new services **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support in area processes for B and C curve customers * Prepare commercial proposals * Prepare managerial reports * Follow up on submitted proposals * Monitor department performance indicators * Propose process improvement actions * Conduct periodic customer visits and prospecting * Make monthly calls to the customer portfolio with the objective of verticalization and retention * Achieve department-related targets * Prospect new business * Analyze market data versus competition * Negotiate or renegotiate prices, terms, and deadlines * Ensure maintenance of the active customer portfolio and seek to sell new services * Work on prospecting lists generated by marketing and CRM campaigns * Prepare commercial and project presentations related to offered services **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, International Relations, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation skills; * Experience in the commercial area; **Desirable:** * Experience in logistics and international trade; * Knowledge of customs legislation is desirable; * Knowledge of tax legislation with focus on tax incentives is desirable. * English; Additional Information **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM** **Work Model: On-site** Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.500,00 - R$9.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
