Support to accounting, tax, and legal departments We are seeking a Corporate Affairs Analyst to join **the team.** **Main responsibilities:** * Drafting and amending corporate bylaws, articles of incorporation, and minutes; * Company registration, amendments, and dissolution; * Registering and tracking processes with the Board of Trade, Notary Offices, and regulatory agencies; * Issuing certificates and updating registration data (CNPJ, State and Municipal Tax IDs); * Managing and organizing corporate documentation; * Support to accounting, tax, and legal departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in corporate affairs; * Knowledge of corporate legislation; * Experience handling processes with the Board of Trade and public agencies; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
