**Corporate Analyst** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Draft and review corporate documents (e.g., incorporation, amendments, minutes, bylaws, etc.) * Manage processes related to company formation, amendments, and regularization * Work with limited liability companies (Ltda.) and corporations (S.A.) * Register CNPJ for foreign companies operating in Brazil * File registrations with the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), and other relevant authorities * Perform registrations: Municipal and State Tax IDs, RADAR system, permits, and licenses * Monitor requirements, deadlines, and pending procedural matters * Issue certificates and ensure documentary compliance * Provide technical support to clients and internal departments * Maintain document organization and control **Qualifications** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Time and priority management * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability * Clear communication (written and verbal) * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment to compliance and accuracy **Benefits**: Medical/Dental Assistance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (44 hours per week), on-site **Send CV to:** rh@dekoenig.com.br Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
