Job Summary: A Warranty Specialist manages the vehicle warranty process, prepares technical reports, controls parts, and ensures compliance with manufacturer standards. Key Highlights: 1. Warranty Specialist Responsibilities * Prepare and align warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines. * Manage and execute the entire extended vehicle warranty process. * Prepare technical and administrative reports related to warranties. * Manage the reimbursement process for warranty claims. * Control parts used in repairs covered by warranty. * Record and track justifications required by the manufacturer. * Comply with standards and processes defined by the manufacturer. * Perform administrative tasks related to the warranty process. * Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and outcomes. * Complete all mandatory training related to the role. * Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and sales policies and procedures. 2. Required Qualifications **Education:** * Completed high school * Or currently enrolled in a technical program 3. Preferred Qualifications * Specialized courses on warranty processes. * Experience with NBS and Via Nuvem systems. * Experience with manufacturer audits and reimbursements. * In-depth knowledge of parts and defect analysis. * Additional automotive technical certifications.
