Key Responsibilities: * Lead internal and outsourced technical teams, promoting continuous development * Ensure SLA compliance and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) * Supervise remote concierge project implementations * Conduct technical audits and on-site inspections * Handle critical incidents (Level 2 and 3), resolving complex issues * Propose improvements and technological innovations * Serve as the technical reference for clients and executive management Technical Requirements: * Experience with alarm systems (Intelbras, JFL) * Hands-on experience with virtual concierge platforms (Seventh, Sigma, Moni, among others) * Knowledge of IP CCTV and VMS (D-Guard, Digifort, Hikvision) * Experience with access control (biometrics, facial recognition, controllers) * Proficiency in networking: routers, switches, VPN, fiber optics Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Networking, or Security * 3–5 years of industry experience with technical leadership * Valid driver's license (Category A/B) * Availability for travel and on-call duties Additional Job Information: * Employment Type: CLT * Salary: R$ 2.437,81 + 30% hazard pay * Meal allowance * Fuel card * Company motorcycle for commuting * Health insurance (per company policy) **Resume Submission:** (85) 9 9920-5612 Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.437,81 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Food allowance * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
