In Brazil, Kuehne \+ Nagel has been present since 1962 and currently operates 48 branches across 7 states, serving the following segments: * Domestic and international air cargo forwarding; * Domestic and international road cargo forwarding; * Domestic and international road cargo forwarding; * Customs clearance; * Warehousing. **Opportunity:** Information Technology Assistant **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory, control, and distribution of IT equipment across sites; * Execute processes for receiving, configuring, preparing, and deploying hardware; * Ensure asset compliance with internal information security policies and asset controls; * Support the IT Support team on operational requests related to equipment, replacements, movements, and basic incidents; * Manage the intake, release, replacement, and disposal of IT assets; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of assets, workflows, and procedures; * Track and report basic metrics for inventory control and equipment utilization; * Support internal audits related to IT assets, as required.
