Job Location: Álvaro Weyne – Fortaleza/CE Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Availability and flexibility required. Work Mode: On-site Main Responsibilities: \- Interpret technical drawings, mechanical projects, and specifications, identifying dimensions, tolerances, materials, and procedures required for manufacturing parts, subassemblies, machines, and industrial equipment. \- Prepare, form, and assemble metal parts, performing rolling, cutting, fitting, alignment, and pre-assembly operations according to drawings and technical instructions. \- Perform MIG/MAG spot welding during processes, ensuring correct positioning, fixation, and alignment of parts for final welding. \- Perform finishing and corrections on metal parts and assemblies using grinders and hand tools, ensuring alignment, proper fit, and dimensional compliance for welding and assembly. \- Verify dimensions and squareness of pre-assembled parts using measuring instruments (tape measure, square, caliper, where applicable), ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards. \- Perform adjustments and corrections on metal parts and assemblies whenever dimensional or assembly discrepancies are identified, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Requirements: \- Proven experience as an industrial ironworker; \- Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; \- Proficiency with measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure) and finishing tools (e.g., grinder); \- Basic understanding of rolling (differential).
