If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid, well-recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate customer service, commercial, pedagogical, and administrative areas; * Participate in strategic planning and execution of the school’s goals; * Manage key performance indicators such as enrollments, re-enrollments, accounts receivable delinquency, and customer satisfaction; * Lead meetings with parents, students, and internal staff; * Lead promotional activities, events, and strategies for student acquisition and retention; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience as a coordinator, supervisor, or team leader in schools, training centers, or educational franchises is a plus; * Strong communication skills, presence, and composure for decision-making; * Basic English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday through Saturday. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and meal voucher; 100% discount on English and/or Spanish courses, and 50% discount on teaching materials (extendable to dependents); Birthday leave. **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is an English and Spanish language teaching network with over 50 years of experience in the market and part of the CNA\+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
