We seek a careful, agile, and quality-focused individual to join our production kitchen, ensuring consistency, organization, and food safety. * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, frostings, and syrups according to technical specifications. * Weigh and portion ingredients following standardized recipes. * Operate mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. * Cut, fill, assemble, and assist in decorating cakes and desserts. * Package and label finished products per brand standards. * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and production areas. * Support inventory management, shelf-life control, and storage of raw materials. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Availability for on-site employment under CLT terms. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Organization, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness. * Agility and ability to perform under pressure during high-demand periods. * Commitment to deadlines and quality standards. * Teamwork skills and effective communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in kitchens, pastry, or food production. * Food handling certification. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Proactivity in suggesting process and organizational improvements.
