Job Summary: The Purchasing Analyst - Maintenance/Procurement will be responsible for purchasing materials and services for maintenance, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, and managing inventory. Monitor delivery deadlines and internal customers' satisfaction Purchasing Analyst Position \- Maintenance / Procurement Description: The Purchasing Analyst \- Maintenance / Procurement will be responsible for procuring materials and services required for equipment maintenance and company supplies. In addition, they will negotiate with suppliers, analyze proposals, ensure the quality of purchased products, and manage inventory. Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Analyze proposals and finalize purchase contracts * Ensure the quality of purchased products * Manage inventory of materials and supplies * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure internal customers' satisfaction Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement, preferably within maintenance companies * Knowledge of negotiation and proposal analysis * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in procurement management tools
