Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise the maintenance team, plan and monitor activities, conduct inspections, and propose technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance team leadership 2. Ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance Supervise the maintenance team by assigning tasks and ensuring completion of scheduled activities. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, machinery, and systems (electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, civil, etc.). Identify failures and propose prompt and effective technical solutions. Manage inventory of materials, tools, and supplies required for operations. Respond to emergency calls and coordinate actions to restore operations. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Oversee outsourced services to ensure quality and contractual compliance. Document completed activities (work orders, reports, and performance indicators). Suggest continuous improvements to processes and equipment.
