Job Summary: A building maintenance professional with experience across multiple areas to perform maintenance tasks and supervise service providers. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise service-providing companies **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of building maintenance with hands-on experience in (residential/commercial electricity, PVC ceilings and drywall, floor tiling, painting, plumbing, civil construction) * Relevant courses: Residential/Commercial Electricity / Civil Construction **Responsibilities:** * Execute maintenance service requests and/or work orders for building maintenance across facilities; * Conduct material and equipment assessments required for maintenance tasks; * Supervise service-providing companies performing maintenance on Newland Group's facilities; * Keep work areas clean and organized.
