JOB MISSION: Responsible for physical counting, inventory control, and product handling, including unloading pallets from trucks and trailers, recording materials in the inventory system via radio frequency, and making them available to Internal Assistants. Responsible for storing pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, in compliance with company safety rules and policies. May perform internal truck maneuvering when required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure removal of product pallets and their availability to Internal Assistants to meet order requirements. Ensure storage of pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, complying with company safety rules and policies, to facilitate loading of pull-trucks. Ensure loading and unloading of pallets from trucks and their storage in the finished goods warehouse, arranging older products in front of newly delivered stock to ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles, so products with earlier production dates reach the market sooner than newer ones. Perform daily forklift checklists to maintain equipment in operational condition and report maintenance needs. Ensure GLP gas refilling for forklifts, only if certified for this task, to guarantee process safety. Conduct product and material verification during vehicle entry and exit, executing relevant operational procedures to confirm order compliance with the invoice. Inspect returned containers in route vehicles, ensuring drivers follow the verification procedure to prevent inventory discrepancies. Identify and report daily damages occurring on routes, in the yard, during exchanges, and pull operations, to ensure inventory data accuracy. Perform daily and monthly inventory counts according to predefined procedures to enable immediate identification and correction of any discrepancies. Perform internal vehicle maneuvering to position vehicles correctly for efficient loading. Contribute to maintaining trucks in good condition through regular cleaning. Guide proper cargo distribution across the trailer body, balancing axle loads and securing cargo. Support the loading process by separating and moving products. Promote and disseminate SSMA culture to foster a safer workplace based on internal norms, guidelines, and procedures, always aiming to raise awareness and prevent risks. Handle loading and unloading of finished goods and fast-moving active stock transferred from other units or plants. Perform daily inventory of heavy merchandising assets (tables, chairs, refrigerators). Ensure physical integrity of products and assets during movement within the warehouse. Apply handling and storage procedures per the Product and Material Handling and Storage Manual (a normative document). Identify and report bottle waste during the sorting process when detected. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Completed high school education. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Brazilian driver's license category D or E. Forklift operator certification (NR-11).
