We hire only candidates with experience. Buffet setup from 6:00 to 7:00 AM Buffet removal from 10:00 to 10:30 AM; the kitchen assistant assists in removing, packaging, and storing food items. Baking cakes and pies for guests' breakfast; setting up and restocking the breakfast buffet. Preparing lunch for guests (when required) and staff. Receiving, inspecting, and storing products; maintaining food hygiene and safety; washing fruits, vegetables, and greens for meal preparation; performing food cutting and preparation. Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and breakfast dining area; organizing and managing food inventory. Customer service. Ensuring the quality of food items in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintaining personal and food hygiene, as well as washing kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards.
