Analyze and optimize logistics costs \#1159 \*JOB\*: Senior Logistics Analyst \*SALARY\*: R$3\.247,20 \*BENEFITS\*: Intermedica health insurance (Company pays R$240 and R$220 per dependent; the remainder is deducted from payroll according to the age bracket table \+ 100% covered dental plan \+ VA or VR R$ 735 \+ Life insurance. \*WORK HOURS\*: 9 AM to 7 PM \*WORK LOCATION\*: **Messejana, Fortaleza – CE** \*EMPLOYMENT TYPE\*: CLT \*RESPONSIBILITIES\*: * Lead the implementation of new logistics modules or systems. * Conduct feasibility studies for new transportation modes or network expansion. * Manage continuous improvement projects (e.g., loss reduction). * Participate in developing the long-term Logistics Master Plan. * Analyze logistics cost structure (variable and fixed) and propose cost reduction plans. * Manage financial and budgetary planning (budget and forecast) for the logistics department. * Monitor freight contracts and rate tables with carriers and logistics operators. * Monitor company policies regarding freight, warehousing, and inventory. * Manage complex dashboards (BI) using tools such as Power BI. * Perform statistical analyses for demand forecasting. * Simulate market impact scenarios (e.g., fuel price increases, taxation) on logistics operations. * Audit contract compliance and apply penalties or bonuses accordingly. * Document and review high-complexity standard operating procedures. * Provide technical guidance to Senior and Junior Analysts. \*REQUIREMENTS\*: * Extensive experience in the role * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree – related fields * Experience in Logistics Network Design and Process Optimization. * Proficiency in data modeling tools. * Expertise in Contract Management and Strategic Negotiation with major logistics operators. * In-depth knowledge of ERP integration. * Must reside near the Messejana neighborhood Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * VA or VR R$735 * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
