




Job Summary: A professional responsible for restocking, organizing, pricing, and customer service, performing sales and ensuring proper product display. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing and restocking merchandise 2. Customer service and sales completion 3. Inventory management and product pricing * Restock merchandise according to department routines; * Clean shelves using designated materials; * Transfer merchandise from the warehouse to the store, displaying them on shelves and/or storing them in overhead bins; * Label overhead bin boxes with product references and barcodes to facilitate visibility; * Display product prices by creating signs and labels to enhance customer visibility; * Label products to update prices on gondolas according to the system; * Collect merchandise discarded by customers in various sections and return them to gondolas; * Identify and collect damaged or expired merchandise during daily organization and/or restocking, reporting to supervisors for appropriate action; * Display promotional products to attract customer attention; * Provide customer service and identify customer needs; * Present payment options to add value to negotiations and complete sales; * Prepare product quotations via the system, enter product codes, and verify inventory to execute sales; * Place orders through login to ensure sales success following company-standardized methods. * Other duties related to the role.
