Job Summary: The professional will provide support to computer network users, including equipment repairs, configurations, and software training, as well as performing equipment maintenance. User training on applications and problem resolution Provide support to internal users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to computer network users, including equipment repairs, configurations, and assistance with available hardware and software; * Train users on available applications and support them in resolving problems; * Contact software vendors to resolve issues related to purchased applications; * Assemble equipment and deploy systems used by service units, train staff, and install antivirus and anti\-spyware software; * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation; * Install upgrade software and implement other adaptations/modifications to improve equipment performance; * Assist in preparing and maintaining the equipment inventory; * Prepare and test cables, extensions, and other conductors based on instruction manuals, creating user\-friendly equipment usage solutions; * Identify issues in the teleinformatics network, detect faults, arrange for technical assistance visits when necessary, and assist with maintenance; * Support users by providing technical assistance and supplying relevant information about equipment and the teleinformatics network; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Technical degree in Information Technology. **Desirable:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Networks Technology; **Additional Information** 100% company\-paid Health Insurance 100% company\-paid Dental Insurance Meal Allowance or Food Voucher Transportation Voucher or Parking Credential Life Insurance Running Advisory Service Gympass Shopping Mall Store Discounts Partner University Discounts We are the Group JCPM’s first development in Fortaleza, inaugurated in October 2014, and we proudly offer more than modern architecture—we introduced a new shopping center concept to Ceará.
