Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring fleets, handling emergency alerts, interacting with drivers and teams, and completing reports, with emphasis on strong communication skills and prior experience in the role. Handling of emergency alerts and signals **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Fast and accurate typing * Strong verbal communication (clarity in spoken communication) * Prior experience in this role. **Responsibilities:** * Active fleet monitoring and PGR compliance. * Handling of emergency alerts and signals. * Continuous interaction with drivers and rapid response teams. * Completion of incident reports and logs. * Driver behavior profile analysis **Working Conditions:** Shift schedule: 12 hours on, 36 hours off 07:00 \- 19:00 or 19:00 \- 07:00 Compensation: R$1\.804,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
