Support throughout the entire contracting process Responsibilities of the Banking Correspondent: * Provide consultative and humanized service to customers; * Open accounts, process loans, insurance, consortiums, and housing financing; * Offer customized financial solutions according to customer needs; * Support customers throughout the entire contracting process, ensuring clarity and transparency; * Meet established targets, focusing on service quality and agility. Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience as a banking correspondent, selling financial products, or in related fields; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ease in interpersonal relationships; * Negotiation ability and results orientation; * Organization, discipline, and ability to handle multiple demands; * Completed high school education (ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus); * Basic computer and digital systems knowledge.
