Ensuring functional deliveries on time and with expected quality ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Lead, motivate, and manage the team, ensuring all members work efficiently and collaboratively; * Define goals and objectives: collaborate closely with other team leaders to establish clear, measurable goals and objectives for the team; * Guide and train the team: support team members in developing their technical and behavioral skills by providing guidance and training as needed; * Review functional deliveries: ensure that deliverables meet the functional requirements specified by stakeholders, through code reviews or process reviews; * Identify and resolve issues: identify and resolve quality, productivity, or collaboration issues within the team; * Communicate with other teams and leaders: collaborate closely with other team leaders and project stakeholders to ensure team alignment with overall project and company needs; * Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries: guarantee that team deliverables comply with project deadlines and requirements, and meet the expected quality standards. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React application development; * Knowledge of relational databases; * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and microservices; * Experience with cloud service providers ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Permanent
