Job Summary: The professional will collect, organize, and process data; develop reports and dashboards; and support business areas with data-driven analyses to promote digital inclusion. We’d love to meet you! \#oquecorrepelanossafibra \#timedefibra **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, organize, and process data originating from various internal systems (ERP, CRM, OSS, digital platforms). * Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to monitor business KPIs. * Implement improvements to the internal web application (Streamlit). * Support business areas (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, CX) with data-driven analyses. * Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and freshness. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and exploratory analyses. * Collaborate with technology and BI teams to enhance data governance. * Support digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of analytics and artificial intelligence. * Ensure analyses comply with LGPD and internal information security policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar). * Knowledge of Python programming language. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and results-oriented focus. * Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. **Additional Information** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent assistance * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates Samsung Partnership Portal * With the mission to **connect people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
