Maintaining hygiene and controlling ingredient inventory A bakery is seeking a Savory Snack Maker professional in Maracanaú (Industrial). **Responsibilities:** Prepare doughs and fillings for savory snacks such as coxinhas, empadas, pastéis, and others. Shape and assemble savory snacks according to recipes and standards established by the bakery. Fry, bake, or cook savory snacks appropriately to ensure product quality and flavor. Maintain workplace hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to food safety regulations. Control inventory of ingredients required for savory snack production. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Pastry Assistant, or Food Production Operator may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
