**PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY** **OPERATIONS MANAGER IN ICT** THE COMPANY seeks a professional to coordinate the company's diverse activities, focusing on contract and project management, customer management, supplier management, internal team management, with emphasis on planning, process structuring, control, delivery quality, and continuous improvement of results. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, systemic vision, management capability, and experience in information and communication technology (ICT). **Compensation and Benefits** Hiring via CLT or PJ. Fixed salary to be negotiated \+ performance- and results-based bonus. Additional benefits (CLT): meal allowance, transportation assistance, health and dental insurance, life insurance, and discounts with partner companies. **Key Responsibilities** · Comprehensively manage contracts and projects, including scope management, delivery and timeline management, quality management, cost management, supplier management, scheduling, establishment of KPIs and targets, internal team management, risk management, client communication management, among others. · Monitor and organize the execution of technical and operational activities, covering implementation, configuration, installation, training, support, operation, technical support, maintenance, and warranty processes. · Design, implement, and monitor processes covering various technical and operational activities. · Lead operational, technical, and support teams. · Monitor KPIs, schedules, SLAs, pending items, and contractual obligations. · Implement tools for managing the company’s operations, aiming to track various performance indicators and results of the technical operations area. · Manage risks and resolve failures. · Manage and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment on technical and operational matters and defining responsibility matrices. · Support the Executive Board with information and analyses for decision-making. **Desired Profile** · Experience coordinating technical and operational activities involving ICT contracts, services, and projects. · Experience leading teams. · Experience designing, structuring, and implementing processes related to company activities. · Experience in planning, establishing KPIs, operational controls, and delivery tracking. · Experience or familiarity with unified communications, telecommunications, cloud, contact centers, and ICT services. · Experience with implementation, configuration, installation, training, support, operation, technical support, maintenance, and warranty processes. **Minimum Education** · Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Certifications and Knowledge** · ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a significant advantage due to its relevance to ongoing ICT service management. · Project management certification, preferably PMP, is also considered advantageous. · Knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and technical support—ideally supported by relevant certification—is considered advantageous. **What We Seek** We seek a mature, organized, proactive, leadership-capable, and performance-focused professional who will contribute to strengthening and advancing THE COMPANY’s operations.
