We are seeking a Licensing Assistant to support licensing processes with public agencies, ensuring efficient organization, follow-up, and progress of client requests.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Receive licensing requests and ensure information is up-to-date in the system;
Assist with licensing requests based on public agencies’ checklists, including:
\- (CUOS);
\- Construction Permit;
\- Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se);
\- Preliminary License (LP), Installation License (LI), and Operation License (LO);
\- Operating Permit;
\- Fire Department Compliance Certificate;
\- Inspection Reports;
Prepare, organize, and submit applications to public agencies;
Track submitted applications via system, email, and local third-party agents;
Maintain contact with third-party collaborators and dispatch agents, providing support;
Record and update service statuses according to licensing progress;
Inform the Licensing Coordinator about missing documents or pending items;
Request licensing fees, forward payment slips, and submit payment confirmations;
Receive issued licenses and forward them to the Coordinator;
Attend meetings with public agencies when necessary;
Support preparation of inspection and licensing reports;
Organize and save documents and legislation by state/city in the system or network;
Conduct client, municipal, or public agency visits when necessary.
Team Routine and Rituals:
Participate in weekly department alignment meetings;
Participate in monthly licensing area meetings;
Monitor performance indicators;
Contribute to smooth operational execution and positive organizational climate;
Attend meetings whenever necessary.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, licensing, documentation, or related activities;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication;
Proficiency with systems, document control, and process tracking;

Compensation: R$1\.816,18 per month
