RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluate contract performance, prepare progress reports, and propose adjustments when necessary. * Define objectives, scope, and stakeholder engagement for projects. * Develop detailed plans including goals, schedule, budget, resources, and performance strategies. * Ensure timely submission of periodic reports as per established deadlines. * Manage project resources (personnel, budget, materials, and equipment) efficiently. * Coordinate a cross-functional team, assign responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment. * Monitor contract execution, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Control contractual risks and develop contingency plans. * Mediate conflicts between the team and stakeholders while maintaining a productive environment. * Ensure effective communication among all involved parties. * Conduct meetings to present results, KPIs, and alignments. * Monitor team operational and behavioral outcomes, pursuing continuous improvement. * Design and implement operational and strategic projects. * Perform people management routines: vacations, time tracking, on-call shifts, and other related controls. * Monitor goals and KPIs to enhance team performance. * Participate in training and development initiatives. * Serve internal and external customers by guiding them on regulations and procedures. * Conduct monthly meetings to present results and process improvements. * Represent the department in internal and external requests. * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Experience in the electrical sector; * Experience as a Contract Manager; * Willingness to travel.
