Reference in healthcare service management It is an open-door hospital and maternity with a 24-hour gynecology and obstetrics emergency department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, plan, and implement Emergency Care standards and guidelines, managing areas under responsibility, defining workflows and work systems, implementing strategies for process improvement, managing the clinical staff, assessing the need to implement new work systems, and reviewing existing ones. Habitual and continuous, not occasional or intermittent, exposure to biological hazards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Medicine. Completed specialization in Emergency and Urgent Care, Public Health, and Healthcare Management. Active registration with the relevant professional council. Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in healthcare service management. **SPDM \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine** is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. Since its inception, **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public authorities, to expand and consolidate health services offered to SUS users.
