Job Summary: A professional with e-commerce management experience to optimize operations, analyze metrics, and ensure excellence in customer experience within the fashion or consumer goods sectors. Enhancement of customer experience and mobile usability **REQUIREMENTS** Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion retail or consumer goods. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms; Performance Metrics: Mastery in analyzing and optimizing critical KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, and Bounce Rate). Logistics Management; Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Advertising, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Analysis of product collections and marketplace assortment; Analyze and ensure seamless communication between the ERP system and the e-commerce platform. Prevent and respond promptly to stockouts or sales without available inventory; Actively monitor "size gaps" (e.g., a shirt available in sizes P and G but out of stock in size M); Continuously analyze heatmaps and site navigation to identify conversion barriers; Ensure mobile usability; Define and execute the e-commerce promotional calendar (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Collection Clearance Sales). Monitor pricing and inventory availability in coordination with the procurement/product team; Suggest cross-selling and up-selling strategies; Monitor carrier delivery SLAs. Establish an agile, frictionless reverse logistics process (exchanges and returns), one of the biggest challenges in online fashion retail. Analyze the Customer Service team (SAC) to ensure rapid responses and improve satisfaction (NPS), and propose improvements.
