We are seeking a Driver Assistant to join our team in Fortaleza and the interior regions. This position involves assisting the driver with deliveries, verifying merchandise and inventory in the vehicle and at customer locations, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing product inventory in the vehicle and performing internal vehicle cleaning. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Qualifications Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with proven ability in interpersonal techniques and customer service. Possession of, or being in the process of obtaining, a Category B driver's license. (Preferred) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and follow the driver's instructions. Availability for travel within the state's interior. In addition to the above skills, experience in the bakery sector will be considered a plus.
