Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and agile kitchen assistant with basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety to assist in meal preparation and kitchen organization. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork focused on food hygiene and safety **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, rotating 6 days on / 1 day off **Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Understanding of food hygiene and safety. * Organization in ingredient preparation (cutting, pre\-preparation, portioning). * Agility to meet demands during peak hours. **Common Responsibilities** * Wash, cut, and organize food items. * Assist in meal preparation. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Maintain organized inventory and identify restocking needs. * Comply with health surveillance regulations. **Desirable Personal Traits** * Proactivity. * Agility and attention to detail. * Commitment and punctuality. * Resilience to work in a fast\-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. * Ability to consistently maintain cleanliness and organization **Requirements:** * Experience in this role (preferred but not mandatory) * Organization and agility * Good communication and teamwork skills **We Offer:** * Salary: R$ 1\.545,00 * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Allowance (VA), and Basic Food Basket (bonus) Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.400,00 \- R$1\.545,00 per month Benefits: * Basic Food Basket * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
