Job Summary: Assist the baker in all stages of bread production, from pre-preparation to cleaning and organizing the bakery. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the daily mise-en-place preparation for the bakery 2. Assist in the food and bread production process 3. Maintain hygiene and organization of the work area **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Assist the baker in the daily mise\-en\-place (pre\-preparation) of the bakery before opening, verifying current ingredient quantities and potential needs; 2\. Sort, season, and prepare foods according to the Bread Technical Sheet; 3\. Check the quality of prepared and ready-to-serve foods; 4\. Assist in the food production process, ensuring appropriate temperature and timing, and adjusting ingredient quantities as needed per the Dish Technical Sheet; 5\. Assist in cleaning bakery walls and floors, as well as equipment, and help clean other kitchen items (pots and utensils) when necessary; 6\. Use physical infrastructure, machines, and production equipment, adhering to proper handling practices to ensure full functionality; 7\. Carry out routines to prevent losses and waste; 8\. Use the PPE provided for this position; 9\. Assist in preparing biga (prepare 20% of the dough for use the following day); 10\. Attend Group Social Clube meetings and training sessions when requested.
