If you are willing to work, committed, and eager to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the stages of the tire retreading process (buffing, repair, scuffing, filling, finishing, among others); * Handle production-specific tools and equipment; * Perform visual inspection of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Carry out other activities related to the tire retreading process; * Follow safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No previous experience required – we provide training; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industry or production; * Experience in the tire retreading segment. **Available Work Schedules:** · Position 1: Monday to Friday, business hours; · Position 2: Monday to Friday, night shift.
