Fortaleza RH is an HR-specialized firm offering recruitment and selection solutions. Focused on connecting talent with opportunities, the company operates across multiple market sectors. **Responsibilities:** Process and perform analytical processing of the company's (local and global) data sets. Prepare performance reports. Develop managerial dashboards with strategic KPIs. Conduct periodic calculations of sales commissions for all sales staff (local and global operations). Support CRM \+ CPQ customization by contributing data analysis, structuring, and data quality improvements. Provide continuous support to the Brazilian sales department. Create and configure AI bots for SDR activities. Perform analysis and restructuring of after-sales department data. Previous experience as a Market Intelligence Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analysis Specialist, or Commercial Performance Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
