Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop dashboards on Data Studio and Qlik Sense platforms; * Provide administrative support for training requests from branches (Distribution Centers); * Assist in managing training programs on the virtual learning platform (SABER), ensuring accurate registration and monitoring of training sessions; * Support the Continuous Improvement Squad by contributing to optimization of SABER platform processes and functionalities; * Respond to training-related requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality responses; * Support collection and monitoring of training department KPIs, generating reports to facilitate performance and results analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIRED** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Computer Science, etc.), or related fields; * Hands-on experience with Data Studio and Qlik Sense tools; * Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Presentations, Sheets, Drive, Gemini, Forms, Sites); * Interest in data analysis and innovation; * Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM. **PREFERRED** * Familiarity with learning platforms; * Knowledge of Power BI; **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
