Prepare patients for consultations and examinations. * Conduct and document examinations according to medical or nursing instructions; instruct and assist patients, providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific health treatment requirements; monitor vital signs and overall patient conditions per medical and nursing prescriptions; collect or assist patients in collecting specimens for laboratory tests as instructed; implement infection prevention and control measures. * Maintain daily inventory records of materials used; follow medical and nursing care prescriptions; provide postmortem care; record departmental activities, incidents involving patients, and other relevant data for reporting and statistical tracking; perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of materials and equipment, including preparation, storage, and distribution. * Perform tasks pertinent to the scope of practice using computer equipment and software; carry out additional tasks supporting departmental operations inherent to the role; prepare patients for surgeries, examinations, and other treatments; observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms within the scope of professional qualification; administer prescribed or routine treatments, as well as other nursing activities such as oral and parenteral medication administration. * Monitor fluid balance; perform wound dressings; administer oxygen therapy, nebulization, enemas, edema management, heat or cold therapy; monitor patients and contacts with communicable diseases; collect specimens for laboratory testing; provide pre- and post-operative nursing care; serve as circulating nurse in the operating room; perform disinfection and sterilization procedures; provide hygiene and comfort care to patients and ensure their safety. * Assist with oral feeding; maintain cleanliness and order of materials, equipment, and healthcare facility areas; collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team; participate in health education activities; observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms within the scope of professional qualification; collect specimens for laboratory testing; provide pre- and post-operative nursing care; administer or assist with patient dietary regimens.
